Charles W. King, 86, passed away January 20, 2009. He was a loving, husband, father, grandfather and friend. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, serving in WWII and the Korean War. He was a member of United Auto Workers. He worked for Allison Division of General Motors, retiring after 44 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 0224, Dugger, IN and member of Masonic Lodge #715. He was preceded in death by his wife and friend of 50 years, Miriam R. King. He is survived by his loving wife and friend, Lorraine Owens King. He is also survived by daughters Janet Doane, Eileen Tyler, Marsha King, Diana Kaga(Dan), Darlene Hunter (Robert), Knoxville, TN, grandchildren, Adam King (Cynthia), Tina Collins, Christa and Chad Kaga, Bonnie, Ariel, Rachel Hunter, great grandchildren, Owen Collins, Izaiah Sturm and Sophia King
