I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Woods subbed for me years ago when i was hit by a car and out of my biology classes for almost a month. As a principal, he was our "number 1" sub and so enjoyed his kind and gentle nature. He will certainly be missed at WHS.
Stacy McGuire, Principal of Westfield High School
My association with John was brief, through CERT, but I always found him to be a congenial, caring man. He was always ready with a greeting or a kind word. He will be missed.
I was Johns Barber since 2007 in Home Place and then and Butlers Barber Shop in Carmel. Always enjoyed talking with him. I have terminal cancer and will not be able to attend Memorial. God Bless, Bill Dennis
