December 22, 1922 - January 20, 2009
To Marsha and the entire family of Charles King, I send my warmest regards and deepest sympathy. The few times I was lucky enough to be around Mr. King, he was sweet, funny, loving and feisty. It's hard to find men like him any more. He was one of those men who proudly and humbly served our country, loved and supported his family, and didn't ask anything for himself in return. I know his family feels blessed to have had him in their lives and his strength, practical nature and love will be with them always.

To my family, I wish I could be there to grief in the passing of my grandfather with you all. I send my sympathy to my grandmother. Your one woman grandma and I love you for that. I loved my grandfather very much and will miss him greatly. All the stories he told me just brighten up my day. I love you grandpa Chuck!
